SCAD Serve x the salvation army
The Salvation Army has been a cornerstone of community support in Atlanta for 134 years, addressing critical social issues such as poverty, hunger, and social inequity. As its mission continues to evolve, so must its approach to resource utilization. The Salvation Army has two unused indoor swimming pools and asked SCAD Serve to design a new and
innovative use for these spaces. The goal is to develop a creative and impactful redesign that maximizes community benefit while staying true to the organization’s mission.
My role as senior designer was to ensure brand consistency throughout strategy, concept, and presentation. I had the role of managing the documentation and creation of a process book for clients and stakeholders. I also lead the experiential design, managing the production of physical materials such as presentation boards, concept and name placards, presentation cue cards, and more. On top of that, I documented the process using digital photography and post editing.

While serving as senior designer, I also aided in the photography documentation throughout the project.

PROCESS BOOK
As senior designer, I was tasked with documenting the entire journey from initial meeting to final presentation. From research to final illustrative concepts, this book holds the entirety of our creative process.
